Just a quick post. I'm proud of myself - I returned a phone call I'd been dreading. Sucking it up was rewarded, I got voice mail and left a message asking the person to call me back. So I've done my part, gotten the ball back in their court, AND I'm now prepared to talk when they do call back. Whew, what a relief that is.
