Winter is a time for things to rest. On the surface, everything looks dead and brown and shriveled. But underneath, things are gathering their energy, gathering their strength, preparing to burst forth in glorious green and gold and blossom in the spring. That's how I feel today - this is a time of growth, maybe growth that no one sees, but growth all the same. Spring is coming, the time of flowers is not too far off.
It's a good day. :-)
